Here is an absolutely fantastic recording of a late incarnation of Horace Tapscott's Pan-Afrikan People's Arkestra, it has been posted prior on inconstantsol, but their upload is missing an entire track, sections of other tracks, and has generally lesser sound quality. This is a very crisp soundboard recording of incredible music, I hope you enjoy it!
